1 Medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
1 Container (6 ounces) low-fat peach yogurt
Cup milk
1 Dash ground nutmeg or cinnamon

Place milk, yogurt and peach in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg (or cinnamon).
