1 Cups fat-free (skim) milk
1 Cups fresh raspberries (or 2 cups frozen raspberries,partially thawed)
1 Cups fat-free red raspberry yogurt
Cup fat-free chocolate-flavor syrup

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.
